I do meditation during yoga classes and practice daily when I had training.
2 days ago, I tried to meditate twice every day.
One of the benefits of meditation – increase your self awareness.
And I found that I wake up earlier than normal, I google “meditation sleep less”
OMG, it’s true. When I wake up, I feel satisfied and awake.
It’s a good time to do revision/ business activities.
In this couple of years, I look more inwards of myself.
