Breakfast Ideas

My breakfast is simple (I admit that I am lazy)

  • avocado
  • egg
  • yam
  • and coffee

Breakfast Ideas

I may have one more egg or milk after practice if I am hungry.

One of my targets is stay away from processing food.

Do not skip a meal no matter you want to stay fit or have a brighter skin.

p.s. I am not vegan, but I prefer no meat in the breakfast.
