Review of Resolution

After turning 28, I know the tricks of achieving the goals.

  • narrow down the aspects you work on, say 3 main aspects for each year
  • set 3 main measurable goals (visualize in numbers) under each aspect
  • BE REAL, set the goals based on your schedule, ability, review and fine tune at a monthly basis
  • Self-discipline, do it!

Big changes start with small steps.

The older I get, the more I focus on my mental and physical health.

I twisted my workout routine from yoga class to 5k (25 mins) elliptical machine because of my work schedule. After a month, I found it’s not really works for me. So I added some home workout say plank, squat and stretching to ensure I get move every day.
